The OmniTrend funds are sub-funds of Transtrend Fund Alliance, a multiple sub-funds investment company (SICAV) domiciled in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Transtrend Fund Alliance has obtained a license from the Luxembourg supervisory authority, the “Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier” (“CSSF”). Transtrend Fund Alliance has appointed Transtrend B.V. (www.transtrend.com) as its Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM). Transtrend B.V. is authorised by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) to act as AIFM of alternative investment funds and to provide individual portfolio management services.
